Small Animal Vet - Independent Practice - Surrey HF3462

Well Established, Independent Small Animal Vet Practice seeks a confident full time veterinary surgeon. 8 site practice in Surrey/London and the role would be based at the main hospital site and one of the branches. The main hospital site and the branches are well equipped with comprehensive in house laboratory, dental equipment, digital radiography (fixed and dental), ultrasound scanner, laparoscopy, endoscopy (both flexible and rigid), orthopaedic kit and CT Scanner onsite, with also offsite access to a 3.5T MRI scanner. The vet team is comprised of 13 vets with a range of experience including post graduate certificates (Surgery, Dermatology) and AVP status (Surgery). With the equipment and experience within the team the practice is fortunate to be able to work cases up to a high level both medically and surgically, keeping 95% of the cases in house rather than referring. Senior Vets within the practice will support others with cases and the practice is enrolled on the Vet GDP programme. Host practice for Vets Now who are based at Staines overnight and at weekends/bank holidays. Therefore there is an equal rota of one vet working later each weekday at Staines until 9:30, to provide continuity of care to the practice clients and allowing exposure to ECC cases, at which point Vets Now take over the OOH care and management of in-patients overnight.
