A busy small animal practice in West Cornwall is looking to recruit a Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon. Previous experience withing a clinical lead position is not essential however experience is required to lead a friendly, supportive team. Well equipped, purpose built practice that is looking for a vet with solid GP skills who is willing to take the next step in their career and lead / mentor the team. This is a permanent full time position with weekends on a rota. No OOH required. Other work patterns open to discussion.
