SA Clinical Director – North West Wales – ER5169

A well established, multi site, mixed animal practice in North West Wales is looking for a new Clinical Director to lead the small animal part of a team of 15 Veterinary Surgeons, RVNs, a Practice Manager and support staff. A candidate who is highly organised with great communication skills and experience in or a willingness to develop business acumen would be ideal.
• Full time worked over 4 days.
• 1:4 half Saturdays.
• No OOH.
• Certificate study/clinical development fully supported.
• Salary dependent on experience and reviewed annually.
• CPD including leadership training and support.
• RCVS plus 2 other subscriptions paid.
• VDS cover.
