Deputy Head RVN required – County Durham – HF3450

A large and highly regarded 4 branch practice in County Durham is seeking a conscientious and motivated Deputy Head RVN to join a team of 11 Vets, 3 senior RVNs, 8 RVNs, 4 student nurses and 7 ANAs. The team are highly skilled with Vets holding certificates in Surgery, Dentistry, Cardiology and Imaging. The successful candidate will be assisting the long standing Head RVN and working across 3 main sites. They will have proven leadership skills and have the confidence to direct a team with varying levels of experience. The ability to resolve conflict, mentor and clinical coach, whilst at the same time having first class communication skills for use with both clients and team members is desirable.
