Head SA Veterinary Surgeon – Worcestershire – HF1892

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Head Veterinary Surgeon to manage the clinical caseload at a privately owned, independent practice in Worcestershire. The successful candidate will be expected to support and lead colleagues and mentor new graduates so previous experience in a leadership role is essential. The practice has just been awarded hospital status through the RCVS practice standards scheme so overseeing this transition and supporting further growth within the practice will be a key part of this role.
• Full time worked over a 4 day week with admin time built in.
• Currently 1:10 OOH with 1:5 being the max.
• 3 day weekend after the OOH duties.
