Head RVN - Cheshire HF650

Head Nurse Required to support the Clinical Director in leading the team at an RCVS accredited practice in Cheshire. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence the clinical skills within the nursing team, run nurse clinics and support a SVN. Previous Clinical Coach experience would be beneficial but training can be provided. The practice is keen to develop the nurse clinic side of the business so expertise in this area would be beneficial. This role would suit a candidate who is looking to develop their own skills whilst mentoring others.
• Flexibility in hours for the right candidate.
• 25 – 30 hours per week over 3 – 4 days.
• 1:4 Saturdays, 8.30am – 12.30pm plus 1:8 Saturdays/Sundays as a sister practice.
