Leading UK Veterinary Charity are seeking confident registered veterinary nurses for a small animal Pet Hospital in Glasgow. Looking for vet nurses who are up for a challenge and can adapt to the wide variety of cases seen at the charity. The role is 37.5 hours a week with weekends and OOH on a rota. Confidence in communicating with a wide range of colleagues and clients is essential, as is a willingness to share your skills and lead by example. Specifically, the role will involve consultations, in-patient care, dispensing medications and assisting in theatre including schedule 3 surgery. Modern and well-equipped hospital, generally include separate dog and cat kennelling facilities, in-house radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, piped gases and extensive orthopaedic equipment.
