Equine Veterinary Surgeon – Essex – ER995

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Equine Veterinary Surgeon to join an established practice in Essex. Well respected practice with a team of 8 vets. Looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic vet to join the dynamic team on a long term basis. You will see a wide variety of clients from leisure horses to competition yards creating a diverse and interesting caseload. Supportive and friendly environment where you will be able to continually develop your skills, experience in an ambulatory role is preferred. You will have the opportunity to build your own caseload. Specialist interests supported and encouraged. Fully equipped clinic with digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy and more. Including theatre, examination rooms, stables and isolation facilities. This is a permanent full time position working Monday – Friday (09:00 – 17:00) with 1 night per week on call and 1 in 4 weekends, with a day off in lieu for weekend worked. You will predominantly work on your own on the road with support available when needed. Driving license essential. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
