Small Animal Vet Vacancy at Independent hospital – Somerset – ER1931

An excellent opportunity has arisen at a well-established, independent, RCVS accredited hospital in Somerset for a permanent, full time Vet. Well equipped practice with an experienced team of 14 Vets that includes certificate holders in multiple disciplines and there is plenty of support for vets looking to start a certificate. Very varied caseload with team discussion encouraged. Cases are worked up to a very high level within the large modern practice that has recently been expanded and is purpose built. Applicants will ideally have a couple of years post graduate experience. This is a permanent, full time role working 4 days per week with the same day off each week. The practice does its own OOH and the rota is worked out in blocks; for 7 weeks out of 9 you will work a 4-day week, with no weekends or nights on-call. Within the 9 weeks one will be a week of night duties. Night nurses are always on site. On offer is a competitive salary with CPD allowance and more.
