An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior/Head Veterinary Surgeon to join a small animal practice in Leicestershire. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, on a rota basis and there is no sole charge or OOHs. This is an ideal role for a vet who is either ready to take the next step in their career into a lead role, or someone who is already in a similar position and wanting a new challenge and to gain more experience. You will be joining a welcoming team made up of 5 Vets, 5 Nurses, two student nurses and 2 Animal Care Assistants. The practice is modern and spacious with state-of-the-art equipment including digital X-ray, in-house laboratory, and ultrasound and multi parameter, plus the team sees a high caseload of exotics. RCVS/VDS fees paid. CPD allowance. Generous benefits package including a competitive salary dependent on experience.
