VetPro Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic Deputy Head RVN to join a welcoming team at a practice in Greater Manchester. This is a permanent, full-time position working a 37.5-hour work week to enable you to enjoy a more enjoyable work/life balance. If you're an experienced RVN with exceptional leadership skills, this is an excellent position delivering top-tier veterinary care. You will work alongside a dedicated clinical team of ten and a committed client care team, all focused on providing top-notch care. Supporting the management team with arranging CPD lunch and learns, creating rotas and appraisals. CPD funding with financial support and allocated time for study. Engage in Schedule 3 surgeries, complex in-patient care, clinical coaching, nurse clinics, and emergency care. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
