Registered Veterinary Nurse – County Antrim – HF3343

VetPro Recruitment have an exciting opportunity available for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a small animal practice in County Antrim. Your duties will include Nurse consultations, patient nursing including critical care patient nursing, anaesthetics of mainly small animals and occasionally exotics, radiography, lab and microscope work, reception duties, puppy socialisation classes and importantly maintaining health and safety standards and hygiene protocols. Ideally you will work up to 40 hours per week across an 8-week rolling rota, with 1 in 4 weekends & a share of the OOH rota with plenty of time back after/before weekend and out of hours work. You will be joining a supportive team made up of 9 Veterinary Surgeons, 13 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 3 Student Veterinary Nurses, 2 Animal Care Assistants and 10 support staff. Some members of the team are cert and dip holders. On offer is an excellent package including CPD allowance, paid memberships, and a competitive salary dependent on experience.
