Farm and Equine vet required to join a fabulous team at a multi award winning and multi practice site mixed animal practice in Lancashire.The historic Farm and Equine department dates back many years when the vets would visit the farms on horseback before progressing to motorbikes, it is situated in a stunning barn conversion, in beautiful rural setting.The role is full time, however, it is very important that the team enjoy a work life balance that works for them so happy to discuss working hours. Duties are currently 1 set weeknight per week, 1 in 5 weekends, and 1 weekend on backup. Part time / job share working would also be considered. Half day off per week and OOH not too onerous with help always available. Great mix of dairy, extensive and pedigree beef and sheep, pleasant small holders and sports and leisure horses. Working within an experienced long standing team including an Advanced Practitioner and supportive Clinical Director. Experience would be welcomed, the practice has a great track record for supporting new and recent graduates and offer a brilliant New Grad Scheme.
