Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon – Lancashire – HF3214

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a team at a practice in Lancashire. The ideal candidate will be excited by the opportunity to influence the shape and direction of the branch and to collectively build on the team and its facilities. You will see a great mix of both routine, medical and surgical cases to enable a productive caseload and are open to investment in equipment to support specific areas of interest. This can be a full or part-time role to suit the right candidate. A typical full-time role would be between 35 to 40 hours per week, including Saturday working on a maximum of a 1 in 4 rota basis. Your weekday working week would be split over 4, set days and would be between the hours of 8:30am and 6:15pm. Initially, the role entails sole charge working however team growth is anticipated to allow for an expansion of services. You will join a team of 11 Veterinary Surgeons, supported by an extensive team of Registered Veterinary Nurses and Animal Nursing Assistants. The practice is dedicated to offering career development opportunities including support for those who wish to pursue a certificate.
