Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon – Worcestershire – HF2395

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly team at an RCVS accredited Hospital in Worcestershire. The role includes all aspects of general first opinion practice including consultations, surgical and medical cases. The practice is looking for a vet surgeon with a passion for GP practice and surgery. Certificates are actively encouraged with training and funding available from the team of experienced veterinary surgeons including certificate holders. This can be a full or part-time role to suit the right candidate. If you opt for full-time, you will work 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days including 1 in 4 Saturday morning consults (8:30am – 1pm). There is also a 1 in 4 on-call rota to cover inpatients however there is minimum call out requirements. OOH covered by a dedicated team. You will be joining a team made up of 9 vets including a certificate holder, 10 RVN’s and a highly experienced support team. The Hospital is well-equipped with digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy and Idexx analysers and benefit from a weekly visit by a diagnostic imaging specialist.
