Senior Veterinary Surgeon – Berkshire – HF1684

VetPro Recruitment are currently seeking an enthusiastic small animal Senior Veterinary Surgeon (surgery certificate holder) to join a team in Berkshire. You will be joining a team made up of 5 experienced Veterinary Surgeons (including 2 medicine certificate holders) and 9 RVNs. As well as 2 new Graduates due to start soon! A Senior Veterinary Surgeon at this practice has great workload variation with a balance of clinical work, coaching and developing colleagues and contributing to the organisation and financial performance of the practice. You will work in collaboration with the Clinical Director, Senior Vets and Practice Manager to ensure goals are achieved. Case continuity is encouraged. The full-time vets work 4 days per week and a share of 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. Typically, you will work 3 days 8:30am – 6:30pm and 1 day 8:30am – 7:00pm however flexibility can be discussed at interview. Vets cover an average of 1 night per week on-call for inpatients in the Hospital only. It is essential that candidates for this role have an RCVS- recognised certificate in Small Animal Surgery.
