Nurse Team Leader – Oxfordshire HF430

Fantastic Opportunity for a Nurse Team Leader for a practice in Oxfordshire. The role is full-time 40 hours a week over 4/5 days with 1 in 4 Saturdays or Sundays and occasional night shift but only 1 in 12 approximately. The candidate will be a qualified RVN with over 5 years experience, enthusiastic positive and organised with good communication skills and a strong team player. Previous management experience an advantage. Some responsibilities will include leading supervising and supporting the team. Providing induction, training, and continual development of the nursing staff of 7/8 RVNs and 2 SVNs and reporting to the HVN. The practice is well-equipped with in house blood machine, ultrasound, X-ray including a separate dental radiography machine, ECG, endoscope, bronchoscope, blood pressure machine, multiparameter anaesthetic monitoring machines, piped oxygen, syringe drivers, drip pumps, bair huggers.
