Motivated, enthusiastic veterinary nurse with progressive ideas required for a Head Nurse role at an independent small animal hospital in County Durham. Supportive and friendly team the vet will be supported and work alongside the Practice Manager and Clinical Director. The Head Nurse will be directly responsible for the Nursing team, from recruitment and training to ongoing support and mentoring. You will be expected to upload and maintain all staff records for your nursing team and provide them with ongoing rotas every month that work around the needs of the business. Ideally, looking for a candidate who can work full-time, 40 hours per week over five days. The practice will consider a 4-day week for a suitable candidate.
