Mixed Veterinary Surgeon – County Londonderry – HF2873

VetPro Recruitment are currently seeking an enthusiastic mixed animal Veterinary Surgeon to join an experienced team in County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. This role would suit a Veterinary Surgeon looking to work in a dairy-beef-sheep practice. There is the option of adding in some small animal and equine work. The standard full-time vet rota consists of a 45-hour week, working 1 weekend in 4 with a long weekend off in lieu the following week. There is an OOH requirement to work 1 night per week on call, in the winter months and 1 night per week on call every fortnight, in summer months. You will be joining an excellent team made up of 8 Veterinary Surgeons of which 3 have 20 years’ experience in farm, Small Animal, and Equine and 1 with 10 years plus farm vet experience. As well as 3 Registered Veterinary Nurses and 2 Student Veterinary Nurses. The ideal candidate must be RCVS registered or in the process to be registered. BVA Membership paid. VDS cover. CPD paid days and allowance. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
