Head Vet Nurse - Buckinghamshire HF4625

Looking for an experienced, confident Veterinary Head Nurse to join a friendly team in Buckinghamshire. Working alongside the team of 4 vets and 5 nurses including a Veterinary Ophthalmology certificate holder. Working 5 days a week. Shift pattern 8.15am-4.45pm and 11am-7.30pm with 1 in 4 weekends with no OOH. Duties include but not limited to, managing all aspects of the nursing team, general nursing duties, maintaining practice standards, rota, stock control and ordering, managing equipment servicing. Helping and supporting the management team to ensure the smooth running of the Practice. Ideal candidate would have clinical coach experience or a keen interest in this role. Various equipment and facilities on site including digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound, separate dog, and cat ward, also a training practice.
