Veterinary Surgeon – Cumbria – HF3145

VetPro Recruitment are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a small animal team at a practice in Cumbria. The successful applicant will carry out consultations, operations, and some sole charge. In return, the practice can offer a friendly supportive team environment, with medical and clinical freedom, decent varied caseload, and encouragement to pursue additional certificates. You will be required to work a 38-hour week over 4 days, plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings and no OOH requirement. Full and Part-Time applicants will both be welcomed for this role. You will be joining a fantastic team of 3 Vets who have recently benefitted from a full refurbishment. This practice is well-equipped including digital x-ray, ultrasound machine, laser therapy machine, and in-house blood facilities. The ideal candidate will be a Veterinary Surgeon with at least 2 years’ experience who can work well as a team, but also comfortably in sole charge. CPD allowance. VDS membership paid. BVA membership paid. VDS cover. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
