Registered Veterinary Nurse – Ayrshire – HF3311

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a small animal team at a practice in Ayrshire. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week over 5 days with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings and no OOH. As part of a busy team, you will be expected to support your colleagues as well as being able to independently run Nurse Clinics. The team operate daily across 3 branches so this position would be suitable for someone who enjoys a varied surgical and medical caseload. This practice offers a wide range of services in-house including dedicated operating theatres, full laboratory facilities, digital radiographs, ultrasound, and basic orthopaedic kit, as well as being an RCVS training practice. You will be joining a friendly team of 7 Veterinary Surgeons, 6 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 1 SVN, 2 Animal Care Assistants, all supported by a large team of Receptionists. The ideal candidate will be a Nurse with great experience, someone who is enthusiastic and able to carry out a combination of medical and surgical tasks. CPD allowance. RCVS membership paid.
