Floor Coordinator – Buckinghamshire – HF4625

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Floor Coordinator to join a small animal practice in Buckinghamshire. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week over 4 days, with early or late shifts on a weekly rota. You will be required to work 1 in 6 weekends with time off in lieu. Part-time applicants will be considered. The successful candidate will be passionate about clinical organisation and operation excellence. Your responsibilities will include providing support to the nurse managers in the running of the clinical floor, ensuring all patients receive gold standard care, supporting the nursing and theatre teams, plus much more. You will either be a qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse or have a strong background within a medical setting. You should also have experience working within a fast-paced nursing environment and its preferable that you have previously worked in a coordinating or organising role. CPD allowance.
