Head Veterinary Surgeon Required for Well Established Small Animal practice in Berkshire. The role will be to support the management team in driving the practice forward clinically and guiding the clinical team. Busy and varied caseload at both of the sites which will keep your clinical skills sharp. This role is a full time role working a 4 day week with a share in the 1 in 6 weekend rota. However, work life balance is important so the practice is open to flexible working arrangements to suit the candidates needs.
